Ski Whistler-Blackcomb in Mid-Winter on Weekdays!
Whistler-Blackcomb has been rated as the

When: Feb. 21 - Feb. 26 (Sun. through Thurs.
nights at the hotel, with checkout on Fri.)
Where: The Aava Whistler Hotel
On Sunday drive to the Aava Whistler Hotel, 4005 Whistler Way, an easy walk to the lifts. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Ski Monday through Friday, avoiding weekend lift lines, at the largest and best ski resort in North America.
Cost: Single occupancy $971
Double occupancy $504 (per person)
(The club is not assigning people to hotel rooms. To qualify for dbl. occ. per person rate, both occupants must indicate that they want to share the room with each other, and the second occupant must register within 5 days of the first.)
We are working on scheduling a “welcome” breakfast on Monday morning, or another group event. The breakfast or other event is included in your registration price.
Lift tickets:
Group-rate lift tickets are not available, so participants are responsible for their own lift tickets. Skiers may buy tickets at the discount advance on-line price, or various passes (Epic Pass, W-B season pass, Edge Card), purchased in advance. An additional suggestion would be to ask a friend on the trip using an Epic Pass if they will include you in their “ski with a friend” or “buddy” tickets. Consult the W-B website and/or call 1-888-403-4727 for information regarding ticket and pass options.
Every skier and rider will need an advance reservation for mountain access. You must get that yourself. You can't get on a lift without the access reservation. Go online to https://www.whistlerblackcomb.com/ , find the page for mountain access reservations, and reserve your dates. If you have an Epic Pass, Edge Card, or WB season pass, you are ready after you reserve your dates. The reservation system opens November 6.
Group lift tickets are unavailable for this trip. If you need lift tickets buy online advance purchase lift tickets which include mountain access. Lift tickets become available after December 8.

The S’no Joke trip cancellation policy applies to this trip. Due to the Covid-19 situation, if any of the following apply up to the date of the trip, trip registration payments will be fully refunded, i.e., entry to Canada is closed to Americans, the hotel is closed, the ski area is closed.
Travel insurance is recommended for this trip, as there will be no waiting list for double occupancy participants due to the Covid-19 situation, i.e., if you have to cancel, the club will not be finding a replacement for you, though you or your roommate can try to find a replacement acceptable to the roommate.

If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
