Bike along the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River

This is a beautiful ride along the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River. The road is paved but only used for access to trail heads and campsites, so very low traffic. Continue across the bridge at the end of pavement to a parking area with tables where we can gather mid-ride. Distance is about 20 miles round-trip, mostly flat with slight-to-modest elevation gain in some areas.
Meeting Place: Arrive by 10:45am at the Lower Mailbox Peak Trailhead, ride starts at 11:00am, and ride at your own pace. Please note that there is no cell phone or messaging service in this area, so keep in touch with others in group and riding with a partner is recommended.
Directions to trailhead: Head east on I-90 and take exit 34 (468th Ave NE). Turn left onto 468th Ave NE, continue north about 0.5 miles, and turn right onto the SE Middle Fork Road. Continue about 2.5 miles to the Lower Mailbox Peak Trailhead parking lot. (Note: You may be directed to bear right at fork onto the SE Lake Dorothy Rd, which parallels the Middle Fork Rd.) Additional parking is along the road or in the Upper Mailbox Peak Parking Lot, which is just uphill from the lower lot.
