Come join your fellow S’no Joke members for an evening of fun, food, and festivities at our Annual Membership Meeting and Elections Party! This year’s theme is Black Diamond & Gold—so bring your A-game. Think bold, classy, a little sparkly… après-ski meets mountain glam. We want to see it all!
We’ll be:
• Electing club officers
• Enjoying a slideshow of this past year’s adventures
• Sharing great food and even better company
Potluck Details
The club will provide the main dish—please bring an item based on your last name:
• A–G: Vegetable / Side Dish
• H–L: Appetizer
• M–R: Dessert
• S–Z: Salad
Have a crowd favorite? Feel free to bring it!
Please bring dishes that are easy to serve (think up, not out)
We could use a few electric warming trays
Drinks
BYOB (coolers provided)
Water and soda will be available
Parking is limited — please carpool if you can!
Help Needed
We’ll have access starting at 3:00 PM for setup—extra hands would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you can come early! (Kitchen access includes refrigerator and stove.)
