Do you want 2 weeks in Zermatt?
On the last several S'no Joke Europe ski trips, a number of club trip participants have extended their trips on their own in order to spend more time skiing in Europe. Given that there will be two consecutive week-long club trips to Zermatt in 2025 (A-week and B-week), it seems likely that there will be people who may wish to participate in both trips.
In order to accommodate as many people as possible who wish to participate in at least one of the Zermatt weeks, people will be allowed to register for only one of the two trips when registration opens. If a person who has registered for their preferred trip (A-week or B-week) also hopes to participate in the other trip, at the time of registration they should register first for their preferred trip, and at the same time register for the wait-list for the alternate trip. Then, when it is determined that it is likely that all who want to participate in at least one week have registered, those on the wait-list will be notified that they can register for the second trip as space allows.
For example, if you wish to participate in both weeks and your preferred week is B-week, register for B-week when registration opens. At the same time, you may then also register for the wait-list for A-week. You may need to change the category of the hotel room, subject to availability.
